People insecure about their own success tend to push others into overworking and burning themselves out on purpose.

They want you to feel exhausted and tired so the illusion of what they do being incredibly difficult persists.

Never give yourself crap for resting when you need to.

Don't listen to the lie that you need to be working 24/7 and losing sleep to get to your goals.

You don't have to compete with anyone, just yourself.
And you deal with highly individualized circumstances.

That's one quick way to burn yourself out completely.

No one successful was ever TIRED when they started making their moves.

In fact, what they won't tell you (because no one will ever admit to this except for a few real brothers) is that they had an EXCESS of energy when they made their biggest hits in life.

Even if they were dirt poor and had difficult circumstances, what they did not suffer from was a deficit of energy.

Build up that EXCESS FIRST - health, relaxation, quality sleep and rest.

And then you can do whatever you put your mind to.

The more EXCESS ENERGY you have, the more NATURALLY INSPIRED you become.

This is a very simple and logical rule to success.

When you're low on energy and run on adrenaline, everything you do feels like basic survival.

When you have a lot to give, a lot in the bank--and you can only have this when rested--you can move mountains.

On the surface, this might seem like devastation, loss, betrayal, heartbreak. But this isn’t punishment, it’s unraveling, purification

Something is destroyed that can never be rebuilt and the heart opens even wider

You may not feel it straight away, but you will later

The one who truly loves freedom quickly recognizes that this is exactly what they asked for — the death of all illusion. The breaking of a vacuum seal so the nature of being can reveal itself

Even during the deepest pain and sorrow you can still be mesmerized by the startling and unfathomable sense of beauty to this unfolding

You can find out truly terrible things and find yourself whispering “perfect” to yourself within your heart

You can be awestruck by the exquisite mechanistic perfection and precision to the sequence

Right in the depth of heartbreak, tears can form in your eyes not from the pain, but because it is so impossibly beautiful that reality hit you exactly there, right in the place most in need of clarity

There’s often a sense of deja vu — because immediately you know why, you know what for, and you recognize that consciousness is orchestrating its own liberation outside of time

The yearning to awaken has surpassed all need even for safety, fairness, love, understanding, reward, and all the other final illusions of the wise yet naive heart

And accordingly, life responded with stunning precision

Every heartbreak, every collapse, every hurt, every devastation, every stuckness, every loyalty unreciprocated, every truth not acknowledged, every effort not rewarded, every subtle expectation that found itself defied by time

Was targeted mercy — fierce grace

Not to burden you, but to release you from the illusion of what you falsely assumed yourself to be

Not to end you, but to release you from bargaining

Not to punish you, but to expose the veil

Not to break you, but to reveal that nothing ever needed defending

You didn’t fail in any way
