Acorn News. This is the time series for acorn and knoppper galls on our native Pedunculate Oak (Quercus robur) in Silwood (1979-2021; x axis). The y axis shows mean numbers of acorns and galls per shoot. As you can see, the trees exhibit alternate bearing (big crop, little crop).
