@TheKitchenista whatever it is i’ll be visiting detroit to
try it. i envision bold, international leaning spices, served family style and small shareable plates style and something like elevated soul food- but more elevated than that!
@TheKitchenista i didn’t get a good picture sadly but a version of the mississippi pot roast popular online- used my own spice mix instead of the packets the recipe calls for. over some buttery yellow potato mash.
@TheKitchenista i like most foods at room temp rather than hot, will eat/drink off of anyone 🥴,and once in a while, ketchup chips, mcnuggets, and pizza hut pizza- i would eat the crust absolutely plain.
@TheKitchenista i used your sweet potato pie recipe but subbed with roasted butternut squash instead- the crust however wasn’t yours & as you can see...a mess. can’t wait to see how it tastes tmrw. thankful for you sharing your traditions & ideas!
apparently 59% of white women in Texas voted for Ted Cruz and white people are on here talking about what Beyoncé should have done differently...just....talk to your relatives.
@sendcats it’s protected health information so no. if you have private insurance call them first and they will tell you what’s in network. you have to stay as long as they decide/your insurance will cover despite it being voluntary
@jaybee230 @Smooth_Orator most of my family is overseas so it’s a lil different, but I was raised here w/ family friends who are like aunts and uncles and their children are cousins. no family reunions because we hang out at least 8-10 times a year. yes, would fly internationally for a funeral /wedding
