@UPS This is unacceptable. UPS has repeatedly failed to deliver to my condominium for over a year, using excuses like “address not found” or “no one home.”
Today I personally spoke with the UPS driver at my condominium. She knew my apartment number and told me my package was
scanned as being on the truck, but it was not physically inside the truck.
How does a package get scanned onto a delivery truck and then disappear before delivery?
This item is valuable and sentimental. I need this escalated to the local UPS facility/supervisor immediately.
