A starter pack for every Air Traffic Controller (ATC) as it is highly regulated from the International and National standard regulations. Praise the Lord for this rare experience and a chance for me to become a Controller for almost three years work experiences until this time

Maintain an International standard ICAO English Language Proficienct (IELP) level 4 or higher checked every 3 years and maintain medical fitness checked every 2 years. Thank God for this unique work experience by feel the work dynamic different every day

Its such a honour for me to took a part of the project management team in upgraded our Air Traffic Services (ATS) operations from an Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS) into an Aerodrome Control Tower (TWR) in Pertamina Pondok Cabe Airport last year.

Considered efficiency, ergonomics and workload with time occupancy rate as a main measurement index rate as a modifier factor. The result of Runway Capacity statement can provide as a basis for optimizing the air traffic capacity which keeps balance for efficiency and safety.
