there are two scenarios:

1. you're working with a token that's deployed
everything's chill and straightforward
you already have the address

pull all transactions related to it
and juggle this data as you like

2. in the second scenario
the token doesn't exist yet
no one know the address

but you have something better -
knowledge that it's droping soon
and who gona be the dev

our task is to stalk dev closely
so we never miss pending deployment transaction

no time to wait for trx. confirmation
when you trying to frontrun the frontrunners
(who already frontraning the snipers)

whole move we do straight from the (mem)pool

Days 8–9

Polished the landing page and fixed some bugs

The website is ready - at least it looks stylish
Roadmap needs more details, but that's not a priority at this stage

What really matters is defining the MVP and reaching minimum profitability
The real party starts only after IVARI earns its first dollars 😉

Product development opens up endless scope
There will always be something to fix/optimize/improve/refactor.
A developer’s primary task is prioritization: out of 10 major tasks, ignore the 9 least important ones

So, how do you choose the pivotal one?
Practice and failure (that's the fucking painful)
Work must happen in rapid iterations, tested on live environment

The guide to the next milestone should come from lessons learned in practice, not overthinking or theory
Don't build features that might be useful -build those proven necessary in the previous run

That's why I'm dropping the BNB connector midway and returning to Solana MM development

Next stage: "Sniping" - first seconds after deployment

some of you asked me to think about how I can add utility to the token

the best idea I have right now
is to allow paying with $IVARI for the future "IVARI Tool" SaaS

it will be a simplified version of the "IVARI Trading Terminal"
where people pay a subscription to do their own market making

something similar to dogwiftools
but instead of scam features for bundling and rugging
users will be able to trade and control their own tokens in a fair way
