YUJIN was visibly unwell during "IVE EMPATHY" promotions and still had to continue the activities for two weeks, yet STARSHIP never released a single statement regarding her condition.

YUJIN was also visibly in pain during IVE's latest fan meet, and once again, there was no statement from the company.

So this time, if there had been no festival, or if YUJIN hadn't been visibly injured to the point where she had to sit down during the performance, would STARSHIP have said anything? The easy answer is NO.

This is a company that has repeatedly failed to show proper care and support for YUJIN. A company that rather chose to protect employees who wronged YUJIN than protecting her. A company that has failed to support her even in the smallest matters, while YUJIN has consistently worked hard and carried so much on her own.

What can we honestly expect from a company like that?

Right now, we're asking for just ONE thing: PUT YUJIN'S HEALTH AND RECOVERY FIRST.

Do not allow her to continue performing while putting her health and body at risk. The company has a responsibility to make professional decisions regarding her condition and whether she is fit to perform.

YUJIN is still so young, with so much potential and so many opportunities ahead of her. Missing one or two activities is insignificant compared to the possibility of an injury affecting her health and future. Just recently, STARSHIP made YUJIN missed four individual activities, so why can't they make the same decision now, when it is genuinely needed?

Give YUJIN proper medical treatment and sufficient room to recover. If STARSHIP cannot properly provide the care she needs, we would rather see YUJIN surrounded by people she trusts, including her family, during this time. That is how little trust we currently have in STARSHIP when it comes to YUJIN!

We love YUJIN and will support her in everything she does. But right now, everything else should come second to her health.

We understand that YUJIN loves performing and may not want to worry her fans because of her thoughtful nature. But as fans, we do not want to see her performing through pain or sacrificing her health for us.

There will be many more amazing stages and opportunities in the future. Her health is worth far more than any single schedule.

We sincerely hope the next time we see YUJIN, she will be fully healthy and recovered.

We can wait for YUJIN. We can miss a few stages. What we cannot accept is her health being put at risk for them. Please give her proper treatment and allow her to return only when she is fully recovered and medically ready. Her health must come first.

1. STARSHIP is one of the most shameless entertainment companies in the world. IVE has repeatedly delivered record-breaking profits for the company. They deserve to be treated like queens and given the highest level of respect. Instead, STARSHIP continues to exploit them and treat them unfairly. Seo Hyun-joo and Kim Shi-dae have gained recognition and profit from IVE’s achievements, so we ask: do you have any conscience left? Get your damn act together. Shame on every one of you.

2. Improve the production quality of IVE’s world tours. Invest in better stage direction, props, sets, choreography and styling. The full production must be maintained in every tour region, without cutting dancers, costumes, props or other essential elements simply because a concert is being held overseas.

3. Reinvest the profits generated by IVE back into IVE. They deserve better music production, concept planning, album design, photography, styling and art direction. Give them a clear creative vision and a level of quality worthy of IVE’s identity and status as a top global group. Their choreography and stage direction must also become more creative and innovative.

4. Establish a dedicated team responsible for IVE’s overall management and operations. Improve communication between departments so that concept planning, promotions, schedules, social media and touring activities are properly coordinated and consistently managed.

5. Provide consistent and fair individual content for all six members. At the same time, increase meaningful group content, including behind-the-scenes footage, variety content, livestream clips and other fan-focused material. Content updates must remain consistent even during world tours.

6. Replace and reform the entire social media management system. Upload trending challenge videos while they are still relevant and operate the accounts in a way that reflects current trends. Other companies directly promote their artists’ brand campaigns through official accounts, while STARSHIP does little more than repost them late. New releases, activities, achievements, awards and individual schedules must be communicated and promoted promptly and properly.

7. DIVE rarely gets to see a healthy and well-rested IVE. Instead, we repeatedly see members exhausted, sick or injured. At this point, how is this not systematic workplace mistreatment? Reduce their overloaded schedules, eliminate red-eye flights and stop arranging unnecessary consecutive tours, fan-sign events and back-to-back activities. Every member must be given sufficient time to rest and recover between schedules, especially during promotions and tours.

8. Take consistent and forceful legal action against malicious posts, false rumors, defamation and harassment. Stop waiting until the damage becomes severe before issuing a temporary response. Publish clear and regular updates regarding legal action. This protection must apply not only to IVE as a group, but also to every individual member.

9. IVE is a globally recognized top girl group, not STARSHIP’s money-making slave. DIVE is not STARSHIP’s personal ATM either. DIVE will always support IVE and will always stand firmly by their side.
