We were reliably informed that the suspended EFCC chairman who has been in custody since 14 June 2023 are currently being incarcerated, with no one allowed to see him including his Wives and Lawyers.

However, the currently acting Chairman have been tasked and mandated to destroy all records belonging to the following people with immediate effect:

1. Tinubu
2. Shettima
3. Former Gov of Zamfara State
4. Current Senate President
5. Current Lagos State Governor
6. Current Chief of Staff
7. Former Gov of Ekiti State (Mr Fayemi)
8. Mr Raji Fashola

He was also asked to dig all available, existing or Not existing records against the following people:

1. Immediate past Gov of Kaduna State
2. Former Gov of Zamfara State - Mr. Yari
3. Immediate past Senate President
4. General Olusegun Obasanjo

Mr. Nuhu Ribadu is mandated to supervise this process and ensure they are carried out immediately and completed within the next 14 days.

This is a pre-condition for his confirmation, which is understood wouldn't come anyway.
