@kmciltr1 A6: I think because of the anonymity of the internet because are quick to post irrational posts about things without thinking of the consequences. It can be a legal disaster. #JHSON #orglead17 But I've also seen super positive things about hospitals too! It can go either way!

@kmciltr1 A6: #OrgLead17 #JHSON I have seen some articles about nurses and other medical providers posting inappropriate posts on their social media platform about patients that have gotten them fired. I feel if they didn’t have these platforms, they wouldn’t have felt the need to post.

@kmciltr1 A6: #OrgLead17 #JHSON Yelp isn’t considered social media but we had an unfortunate event at our hospital a few years ago and a family member “blasted” our hospital about it. I saw this as a negative use of social media.
