"She's in this rough spot of being a viable character such that we cannot buff her, we can't just give her power, but then, despite the fact that she's viable for most players, it feels like her cooldowns are really, really long and the actual value you can get out of her spells is like not really easy to find"

but you get them for free in classic if you have the skin unlocked
