@PJDubyaM I felt better after a few days but then seemed to get full on cold symptoms. Blocked sinuses, then a runny nose, headache. Lawyer 3 days or so. 10 days on from first symptoms I was pretty much fine. Did an easy bike ride on the indoor trainer to see how I would feel, was all good
@PJDubyaM Positive after all. I expected as much after the loss of taste. I lost taste over a week after infection too. I see you mentioned good days then bad days, did you do any physical exercises on the good days? Maybe that made the following day worse?
@PJDubyaM We are all good here, not much damage in our area, the worst hit was the city center with the very old brick homes. Hell of a wake up call at 6 am though! Scary stuff
@PJDubyaM In the end you simply ignore the gamification of the rings and awards and just track you activities over the months and years instead. I sleep with the watch on to track resting HR and sleep duration. Overall I really love the watch and find it very useful for many things.
@PJDubyaM That’s very true, and something people have complained about for many years. When I first got the watch m I got into closing the rings each day, then each week, month etc. It’s an impossible task. A sick day or travel day kills your streak and robs you of the badges/awards 🤬

@Mattzel89 Why does the official F1 account always copy your F1 screenshot tweets? I’ve seen it happen for a couple of years now, you either have a stalker or you secretly work for them 😉
@PJDubyaM Me too. The more stuff I have to analyze after a ride and track over time the happier I am. Plus power is the ultimate metric there is to follow and track. Everything else is an approximation and not as accurate.
@PJDubyaM Yeah I’m 100% cycling. You talking about power meter pedals, like the Garmin Vector 3? Any power meter is a huge help for training in the right zones, plus a great addition for stat nerds like myself :)
@PJDubyaM Wow impressive Pete! Garmin tells me my VO2 max is 54 which I’m quite happy with. Started at 37 two years ago, but have been stuck around 53-54 for months
