well not exactly.. JP cards do have higher quality though the reason they are cheaper is because Japan has anti gambling measurements. Their sets have guaranteed hit rates and for special sets like Ascended (Mega Dream) and Primsatic (Terastal Festival) the booster boxes come a guaranteed hit of a mega attack rare or higher. This leads to supply being higher because they are easier to hit. On the other hand , JP Treekachu is more expensive because it was a promo from the Battle Collection decks.
