With your knowledge, is it possible for low incomes to go EV or what needs to be done to make this happen? And can any of you help? Serious question

@avandyc @evmanuk @Alastair095 I don't think anyone's disputing that EV is the way forward. This crisis right here right now is about a national driver shortage. Panic buying at the pumps just means that key workers can't get to work and that affects us all.

Seeing a few smug tweets from owners of electric cars + heat pumps. Zip it. Many people have petrol cars or gas boilers because they don't have the cash to switch, and/or don't have time to project-manage changing things. Scoffing at folk like they're idiots is not helpful.
