في غزة، لم تعد المياه مجرد حاجة يومية، بل أصبحت معركة من أجل البقاء.

هناك عائلات تمضي أيامًا طويلة دون قطرة ماء صالحة للشرب، وأطفال يستيقظون كل صباح على أمل أن يجدوا ما يروي عطشهم، وأمهات يقفن لساعات طويلة بانتظار وصول كمية قليلة من الماء، قد لا تكفي حتى ليوم واحد.

العطش ينهك الأجساد، والحر الشديد يزيد المعاناة، فيما يواجه مئات الآلاف ظروفًا إنسانية قاسية لا يمكن وصفها.. المياه اليوم ليست رفاهية، بل شريان حياة، وغيابها يعني مزيدًا من المرض، والألم، والمعاناة.

غزة اليوم لا تطلب الكثير.. إنها تطلب حقًا أساسيًا من حقوق الإنسان: الماء.. "ومن أحياها فكأنما أحيا الناس جميعًا."

However, there is still no definitive medical diagnosis due to a lack of capabilities and tests. The family’s fears are growing following the death of his older brother, “Mohammed,” who suffered from similar symptoms despite having a previous medical transfer.
We appeal to medical and humanitarian authorities to urgently intervene to secure a medical transfer for child Khalil outside the Gaza Strip to conduct the necessary tests, establish his diagnosis, and save his life.
