Some takeaways. We prepare and train harder but at times sh* happens. Also, the organizers need to do better in terms of hydration points.
That rout last 12km was a boring route mahn😂😂 nway I still have unfinished business at the Expressway way. We shall bounce back!!

Tell me why hydration stations had only water!! Zero salts...nothing!! Some were even as empty!! 36 to 39kms was full of runners walking. Bus pacers lying down and groaning in pain!! My strategy here was to walk and jog. Last energy saved for last stretch to finish line
