It was indeed enough to serve as a huge Wake Up Call 😂😭

AKMU’s Lee Suhyun just revealed something that honestly makes her 30kg weight loss journey hit completely differently.
She admitted that she had been avoiding the hospital because she was terrified of what her health results might say. Then she finally got tested and found out she was already in the pre diabetes stage.
And THIS is why I’ll never understand people reducing celebrity weight loss to she just wanted to look pretty.😭
Suhyun wasn’t dieting for aesthetics. She was genuinely scared for her health. After that diagnosis, she started exercising, changed her diet and reportedly lost around 30kg over a year.
The most satisfying part? She said her latest health tests came back completely normal. 🥹
What really got me was her admitting that she had reached a point where she didn’t even want to weigh herself because she was afraid of facing reality. That kind of avoidance is so real.
From being scared to even check her health to getting her numbers back to normal… 30kg later, she basically fought her way back to good health.
And honestly, Chanhyuk deserves some credit too because moving in with her and helping her get into a healthier routine apparently played a huge role in her comeback. 😭👏

FYI comfort women who were raped by the Japanese are still alive and the Japanese have still not apologized for their across asia. You can call out the misogyny and her bragging about her family but you do not get to dictate how Koreans deal with their history.
