@BlizzardCS ok, I’m going to tweet daily about the terrible service I’m receiving. This issue has been ongoing for weeks now. My phone was stolen and have no way to verify through any apps because l, you guessed it, blizzard offers no support in this situation.

@battlenet@BlizzardCS@MicrosoftHelps@Microsoft@Blizzard_Ent@Warcraft I can’t make this up. I’ve created 4 tickets, been on Twitter begging for help from these groups and all I get is lied to or flat out ignored. This is absolutely crazy and shows me that the CS reps don’t care to try to comprehend what is being communicated or to double info.
@BlizzardCS First, third, and second tickets that were submitted (in that order) all for the same issue. ^JP, are you still there or has someone else taken over? Am I being left high and dry again?
@BlizzardCS I assume that the email is just pulled directly from the system so I don’t know what else I could give if these emails came through promptly.
@BlizzardCS When I go to said link and use the “my tickets” option, this is literally the first place it takes me and the “I can’t log in” option takes me back to sms verifications all email folders, including spam, have been checked, it’s not there. The email starts with Tyler.
