The doctor’s name is Dr. P.K. Chaturvedi. He originally demanded ₹25,000 for the surgery. Although the mother had secured orders from the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for free treatment due to extreme poverty… Still the hospital staff forced her to pay ₹8000.
