@arnill_dev If you own a property you pay taxes on it. Lots of people in Switzerland take a loan instead of directly buying the property for tax reasons. The own-vs-rent chart is skewed.

4/ The whole article is full with examples and "reality checks" that go into something I've seen creeping all over the place - overcomplicated software ("insecure forever"), outsourced support, decisions made by people with no technical/operational knowledge
