Harriers, Falcons and Eagles met this afternoon to share their favourite text from our ‘Faster Reading’ approach. They told each other why they liked the text and read to each other some extracts which they especially enjoyed.
Kestrels enjoyed using atlases to locate and name all of the countries that make up the continent of North America this afternoon. We also found out that North America is made up of 50 states, one of them being Florida.

This week in science Kestrels learnt about the part our teeth play in the digestive system. They explored the different types of teeth we have and counted their own! Kestrels then built a model of the mouth and labelled different types of teeth with incisors, canine and molars!
