Own your body. Not just the parts of your body you like. Let the body be a vessel not just a mask. We take care of our vessel. We decorate our mask. A body that is just a mask is never ours to own but others’ to consume.
So much of skincare today is maintaining a reality that is not yours. You immediately stop something you’re using and your skin resets and that “back to normal” place is something a lot of us see as the problem.
Conscious Giving is a resource I created to help you become someone who does not need their giving to become worthy of simply being.

One of the most dangerous narratives a Giver can internalize is that giving is better than receiving. Giving is more honorable than receiving. Receiving is more powerful than giving. Neither is better or worse than the other.
Your giving is not a problem but the point of view that regards giving above its polar energy: receiving. Giving is a practice that must take into consideration the givers capacity and the receiver’s eligibility.
The problem is that we see one as better and this blocks the giver from receiving from life because they use their giving as an escape from their own pain/suffering, an excuse from giving to themselves, or an exposure of themselves to others instead of making actual connections.
Giving is a responsibility. It creates leaks in your energy when you do not do it consciously. If you want to learn the art of giving consciously, I cover the how in my EBook Conscious Giving.

One of the things we’re taught about giving is that it’s meant to be a good thing. It is a positive thing to do. But something positive can have negative intentions and therefore negative consequences and vice versa.
Giving can be “bad” if done unconsciously.
You can give something to that destroys them. You can give someone something at a time that collapses their structure. You can share something at the right time and the right way but the person is not good for you.
