Hey X fam! 👋🏽
I realize I haven’t properly introduced myself, so let’s fix that! 😃
I’m Mj, a Registered Nurse (RN), Specialist Nurse & Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) working in the NHS.
I started my nursing career in 🇳🇬 and made the big move to 🇬🇧, progressing from Band 5 to Band 7 in 5years and now working towards becoming a Nurse Consultant🩺.
When I’m not in scrubs, you’ll find me traveling, vlogging, or mentoring nurses looking to elevate their careers.
So if you’re in healthcare or just love good vibes, let’s connect.
I’ll be following everyone that drops a 💙 in the comment section, let’s grow together 💪🏽💪🏽
He won’t read it!
Yesterday, a lady shared a challenge she’s facing with her husband. I recommended a book that had really helped me in a similar situation. Her response? “He won’t read it!” That hurt more than I expected.
To the married and single folks on my timeline: do you read at all? Or do you feel like you already know everything?
Reading has the potential to transform lives, relationships, and perspectives—but only if we’re open to it.
What are your thoughts? How do you encourage someone to embrace reading when it could make a difference?
🌟August is National Breastfeeding Month! 🌟
This month, let's celebrate the incredible bond between mothers and their little ones, and raise awareness about the importance of breastfeeding for both health and happiness.

@proudnursemj I had worked in Ife, Sango Ota, Lagos, and Abuja. Although at that point I wanted something else, I wanted to be somewhere else. It was appeared to be a perfect place to be at that time. 😊😊
@Boss_Bee_ Abuja is less stressful than Lagos. I’ve lived in both places before so I can tell. Baba should relocate please. He’ll get a better & well paying job in Abuja. 😊😊😊
@KelvinOssai I’m glad CGFNS waived it. I paid twice for the verification then because NMCN refused to do my verification after 9 months and several emails. They refused to pick their calls too. I had to pay again before they did it. It was mentally draining.
