@_mohansolo In antigravity are users allowed to switch accounts ? Obviously with free accounts it can be abused for limits but is multiple accounts switching allowed between paid pro plan accounts?
I have 3 pro accounts as ultra was too expensive

@FedExHelp I have recently ordered a product from Microsoft Store and they shipped it with FedEx. The package says it was delivered in the mail room but when I checked the mail room there is no packing. I am leaving the country in less than a week. I need help with the package.

@amazonIN I bought Prime shopping edition by mistake, I have tata play binge where prime is offered, so I raised a request the same day to cancel prime but it's still not cancelled and I'm not able to activate my prime offer from Tata play services. I want a refund as promised.

@MyntraSupport I got a call from the delivery centre in my area and they have told me they have the package, this is exactly what I've been telling this only but your customer reps kept telling me investigation is completed and the product is delivered and that I'm providing wrong information.

My order was supposed to be delivered by Nov 1 (yesterday) itself but I still don’t have it with me and the app is still saying that it will still be delivered on Nov 1 only.

@Decathlon_India It has been a week since i have placed my order, i have not gotten the product or the refund to my gift cards, i never expected such poor customer support from decathlon. Will definitely not be interested in purchasing on the decathlon app again

@Decathlon_India Never expected such poor customer service from decathlon. My order was placed in the app and I paid using gift cards and I got an order confirmation email also but then the order does not show up in app. When I mailed customer support about it they cancelled it.

They just replied back to me saying my order is cancelled, no information about refund details or refund reference number was provided. And I have contacted them multiple times and still no response. Never expected such poor customer service from decathlon.

I have purchased a tent on the decathlon app but after the payment was done, the order was not showing in my account and my gift card balance was zero. But I got an email with order id and a payment confirmation email. But the store is not giving me the order
