@serafufu Whenever this happens to me, I take magnesium supplements and the issue is usually fixed within a couple hours!

There might be other causes like lack of sleep, stress, or even stress, but if none of these seem to be the case, mayhaps consider you might be deficient!

They've come a long way, and I've had more and more experiences where an AI customer service chat has actually managed to hear my issue and resolve it effectively.
