@LNRailway what is happening Euston- Northampton? 2 trains cancelled. Was it difficult to keep one for 5 mins longer to let people get home? By the time 18:26 was announced as cancelled 18:06 was missed by 2 mins. Why are you not talking to each other? 😢

@VirginTrainsTix i have just tried booking a ticket on your app. I got a message that booking was unsuccessfull however money was taken from my card. How will i get my refund back please? Or will it be refunded automaticaly?
