@dukelovestaxes Still waiting. Married filing jointly, 2 dependents. I was the one on unemployment. Franchise Tax Board told me to manually amend to get the golden state stimulus. Shouldn’t have touched it..now idk if I’m getting my unemployment refund back

@ToucheOle @FatGuysMovies @CA_EDD I didn’t get any messages nor texts notifications about the certification. So I was able to certify the 3 weeks I missed of January 9-23rd. I got the extra $300 also. It was pending then it said paid. And then I actually got the payment that same day at night time.

@ToucheOle @FatGuysMovies @CA_EDD ..lying. Because I talked to a lot of agents last week ago, but they were only able to take notes to expedite my case and to put it as priority. But this lady wasn’t lying because the next following day January 27, I checked online and I was able to certify my benefits!

@ToucheOle @FatGuysMovies @CA_EDD I called on Tuesday the 26th since 8am. After 25 calls someone answered and she transferred me to the tier 2 line at 9am and a tier 2 agent answered at 10:12am. The lady said she filed my extension for me manually and to check for a message. It was so quick. I thought she was ...

@NeoAmericanUSA @tashanicole711 @CA_EDD After that..getting my last payment on January 10...I maxed out my benefits. And then I kept calling from January 17-January 26 to get my new extension. Finally I had a tier 2 agent to manually file it for me yesterday and I was able to certify today for all 3 weeks I missed.

@NeoAmericanUSA @tashanicole711 @CA_EDD That’s crazy. I remember I accidentally reopened my claim on January 9. But I called on January 10 and this lady fixed it for me and I was able to certify my last benefits with the 1 $300 extra. It took me 147 calls that day.

@wandaisreal @eMoney0407 @N_T_TN @CA_EDD From all this happening...I feel like it’s either they are lazy to wait for the tier 2 lines to open up, or they really don’t know what they are doing.. Or they might be fairly new. Or maybe they only have a limited time with each call allowed. 🤔

@wandaisreal @eMoney0407 @N_T_TN @CA_EDD And then I finally had a nice worker who transferred me to a tier 2 agent. What she did was she waited on the phone with me...she waited for the tier 2 lines to open up and then when it was ready, she actually transferred my call. 😮

@wandaisreal @eMoney0407 @N_T_TN @CA_EDD And then other workers...I remember I actually asked if I can speak to a tier 2 agent. And she told me “no. Sorry. Their lines are so busy. I can’t even transfer you. You would have to try calling back but it’s so difficult to reach them”
