This statement directly ties into my $IOVA thesis. TIL therapy is one of the most promising oncologic treatments for advanced, metastatic, treatment resistant solid tumors.

@IovanceBio has the ONLY effective and FDA approved TIL therapy on the market (Amtagvi aka lifileucel). More clinical trial data on other types of solid state tumors is expected in the next few days at ASCO.

$IOVA is a good company but they cant scale TIL therapy on their own to the extent needed to encompass multiple solid tumor trials / treatment protocols. IMO, they are a prime M&A candidate due to long term TIL therapy patent protection, expanding patient indications, and low risk of dilution due to a 2028 runway with a tappable ATM.
