Hi @RoyalMail, I ordered something last Friday which I need to arrive before this Friday and my parcel got sent to the wrong depot, Ive been checking the tracking app constantly and had no updates and the tracking chat is no use, i think its broken as it just auto replies??

Hey @TicketmasterUK whats going to happen to those of us that missed all of Paramore and a full hour of Taylor’s set last night because of your double booking error? Paying £185 is not cheap for a concert, especially if you miss a third of it.
