@WanderingSal Airbnbs are almost the same price as hotels! Except hotels don’t have the often awkward host interaction, being rated at the end, cancelled on, being asked to clean (despite a cleaning fee) and no extra facilities (gym/service). I used to use Airbnb and now stick to hotels!

@ITAAirways We were told yesterday the bags would be on the next flight from Rome and could be collected today. On the global tracking link it says ‘still tracing’? We paid EXTRA for baggage and have none? We are leaving Florence and no body has bothered to update the tracking. HELP
