It was an awesome kick off to our 2024 season today with a 10-0 win over Flatrock HS. Senior Pitcher @AvaBradshaw_6 had 12 K’s over 5 innings and 4-4 at the plate. Sophomore Hannah Slevin was 2 for 3 with 3 RBI’s and Junior Izzy Nooe was 2 for 3 with 2 RBI’s. @OutOfLField

Congratulations Izzy on setting a new single game scoring record of 36 points last night during the Varsity Girls Basketball teams win over Kettering!

BIG win last night, 68-26. I was able to contribute 36 of those points and break my own record and my school’s record for most points scored in a game. I’m so thankful for my teammates and my coaches, go lions💙💛@slhslions

South Lyon East used a 6-pt run to go up 37-26 late in the 3rd before South Lyon's Izzy Nooe scored the next 7 pts to cut it to 37-33 early in the 4th. SLE then put together another 6-0 run to push the margin back to double-digits at 43-33 & the closest SL could get the rest of the way was 6. With late FTs, SLE takes a 55-43 win to knock off undefeated South Lyon & move into a tie for 2nd in the Lakes Valley conference.
