Anybody can change from being fit and healthy to sick and bedbound.
Anybody can develop chronic health conditions or become disabled or terminally ill.
Anybody can change from being employed to unemployed and unable to work.
These things can happen to anybody.

New rule to help recognise burnout:
Stop saying & accepting “I am fine” articulate it another way (it’s ok to say “I am not fine but I don’t want to talk about it)

Looking for experts by experience to consult on materials (interview themes/questions) for my #DClinPsy#thesis.
It will be a qualitative study (similar to this study that @krichar25 and I conducted) looking at prioritisation of waiting lists in eating disorder services.
