This thumbnail was an insane outlier
The reason is kinda obvious
But this made me realize I need to take advantage of controversy
Controversy forces people to click
This was the third vid posted on this channel btw
They were able to blow their channel up pretty quickly because of this one video
Look at this channels 2 most popular videos
Notice a pattern?
They use the exact same format
This format has been doing super well lately (not just on this channel, its been working on other channels too)
"The (hidden/unfair) advantage of your (insert trait)"
You could fill the blank with hair color, height, birth month, sibling order, etc.
This is a great format to use if you can find a relevant use case for your channel
Save this for later :)
This title format works super well
I've noticed a pattern
All of them are:
The (blank way) to do (blank task)
This channel focuses on "the soviet way"
I've seen a similar thing done in the productivity niche
There are like 5-6 channels talking about "the Japanese way" when it comes to habits, productivity and learning
This is clearly a proven format
You guys should try this
Channels like this are super interesting
Not because of views or ad revenue
But because of who's watching
I wonder is someone would actually buy a pre made tiny home after watching one of these videos
My guess is that it's highly unlikely
But you only need one person to buy to make $10K or more
You're obviously not going to build a tiny home tho 😭 I'm sure a company would be willing to partner with you and give you a % of sales
Idk if any of this realistic at all, but its all very interesting regardless
How many channels are in this niche??
This niche got way bigger than I ever thought it would
I guess this just means if you think something is too saturated, that might not always be the case

What are the main reasons you've seen people get hit with inauthentic content?
I'm not talking about the outliers, obviously some channels have been wrongfully demonetized
Of all of your channels + people you know, what are you guys seeing
Lets have a discussion under this post
I think it would be quite helpful for the YT community to know what to avoid
I wanna hear all of your guys thoughts
This niche looks like a great opportunity
They have variety in their formats, not super repetitive
They're also super short too (cheap to produce + easy to test content types)
They're literally just making videos about Buddhist lessons lol
One of you guys should try this
I'm sure TubeGen could make the videos pretty easily
This is very interesting to see
You could get 5 times the views with a bad audience
And still make less than a channel with a first world audience
RPM seems like a really big factor
One of the most important niche decisions in YouTube isn't only the topic…
It's the language.
How much YouTube pays for 1,000,000 views:
• Norwegian: $7,500
• Swedish: $6,200
• English: $6,500
• Bengali: $650
• Hindi: $400
Even for the same video idea & production quality…
You could have up to 18x difference in revenue.
This format continues to print
If you want to print with this niche, it's literally as simple as finding an untapped sub niche
Here are some that you can try:
War
Food
Movies
Books
Streamers
Music
Science
Stealing like an artist, or niche bending, is very OP
You're taking all of the existing proof of concept from one format
And then recreating it
The new video feels fresh to viewers
You're essentially guaranteeing that you go viral if you execute well on production, without having to directly copy 1-1
800k views in 8 days.
This channel will likely get 1M views on its first video
This is the power of good ideation
If you have a unique video concept (like this one) + use an existing format and package it well
You go viral
Very interesting channel idea
I feel like you could literally just change the color of the character, and make the video topics slightly different
But theres tons of proof that this already works
One of you guys should try this
Everyone is doing the POV niche with AI
Why not this?
Videos are super short and easy to produce
High quality audience with purchase intent
Potential to rank high in search results
