So you're going crazy under lockdown?
I know the feeling. I've been in Beijing for the last two months. My housemate is away and I'm thousands of miles from my family.
I have some thoughts on how to make lockdown better. These won't apply to everyone, but they ring true for me:
@sainsburys ironically the store was closed for restocking "while adhering to social distance guidelines"... this makes no sense if you're going to let in crowds once opened.
@sainsburys your Local store at Woodsend Flixton just let in approx.25ppl at once after closing for an hour... there is NO social distancing happening in the store by staff or shoppers. Please explain why you are allowing this.
@JuliaArmfield I'm having to watch it in bits because Dan hates horror movies and obvs the 1 and 3 year olds prefer comedies. Something tells me this won't end well.
.@BorisJohnson has just doomed an entire industry by telling people not to attend the theatre.
By not enforcing a shutdown, production insurance will not apply so producers and shows will go bankrupt, and tens of thousands of people will be without pay.

Me at the door: I'll just grab a sandwich
Me at the till: Can I get a ham and cheese baguette, a large latte, 7 sausage rolls and a jam doughnut please?
