@virginmedia terrible customer service tonight....
Looking to cancel my contract as it's at its end.... I went online todo so, took me ages to get to chat bot.... Then chatbot says 22mims wait @ 18:25.... John Vincent comes on at 8pm then cuts me off... This standard procedure?
@virginmedia I'm pleased for you, but advice and self care is not what I'm needing, All I want Todo to do is chat with someone to cancel my account... Take no offence but how hard can it be Todo so....??
@virginmedia So sorry to say this but you're as much help as your automated WhatsApp and online chat.... Thanks for the no help.... Let's hope your online chat works from 6pm till 8pm tomorrow and they don't cut me off again after the 1.5hrs wait, tho your company stated it would be 22mins

@PomeryKaren Had same problem Karen, ticket come through at 3am this morning, eticket you can use from your phone, but when you drop your bag off you can ask for label and manually put new cabin number on. Have a lovely trip.
