Exhausted and without my luggage after being delayed by @AmericanAir for over 8H. What was supposed to be a straightforward travel day ended up being a delay filled slog after our first flight was delayed due to maintenance on the plane.
@AmericanAir I’ve already gotten tracking on my bags after repeating myself to your chat bot multiple times. I’d love to know how you plan to make up for the numerous delays in travel instead. Two delays that forced us to miss connections and an initial solution to stay overnight is wild.
@AmericanAir I’ve lost another half day of work and am still having to deal with this ordeal until I get my luggage back. After facing multiple delays, none weather related, and a huge headache trying to rebook I’m not sold on flying @AmericanAir again in the future.
After @AmericanAir rebooked us our bags were never transferred. The link I received to schedule a pickup is now not working, and I’m at the mercy of the delivery service to deliver my personal items and meds. What an absolute shit show.
@AmericanAir then proceeded to rebook us on flights with an extra leg that arrived much later than our original itinerary. After sorting that out, our second of three flights was then delayed again forcing us to miss our connection and rebook.
I cannot understand the need to be frugal when purchasing toilet paper. Buy the 2-ply, your butt deserves it. Save a penny somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.
