@bandanakin@nostalgia_ I became convinced recently that HDR looked a bit better on it for whatever reason, and occasionally there's rare VLC bugs that make me use it. However I looked at how to load bluray discs with it the other day and you have to fuck about with command line to do it... VLC UI wins
@AlchemyAmerican@JeremyCorbell lol the comments: I think you guys have a problem with his personality which is borderline irrelevant when it comes to the wider conversation. His 2018 lazar movie paved the way for gravitars s4 tbh
@skylermzx I just realised if mullvad etc is often blacklisted, you can just buy a VPS in switzerland, iceland, etc and then just make your own VPN with you as the sole client then it's far less likely the IP is going to be blacklisted. Yeah these are the conversations we're having now...
@djjordan23uk@ghostofgoose5 I was going to say from the thumbnail it looked like it might just be a rainbow, but no, that's the intersectional pride flag. The irony is didn't 4chan originally make this for a joke? They included the racial lines because "black people are massively homophobic it'll be funny"
@PeterTatchell I'm for freedom of speech, no flags should be banned, however on public buildings I think there rightly are existing legal constrictions. Unfortunately an element of the left will push this to "a drag queen must talk to your children about the evils of the nuclear family"
@mullvadnet Some years ago I asked one of my tech friends to recommend some VPNs to me, one of which was mullvad, just in case things got bad in the UK. The day the online safety act was enacted the first thing I saw censored was a political protest, I've used mullvad ever since. Cheers lads
@its_Lexieroy Probably lives in rural Oxfordshire where I do, most people like this have absolutely no idea about the major issues in the wider country. Their silly liberal worldview is still able to operate because we live very much in old England unaffected by the issues
