The trial Judge, John Roach, was removed after defending the jury’s verdict and sentencing Karmelo to 35 years in prison for the murder of Austin Metcalf.

Karmelo gets 35 years in prison, no death penalty, and complains it’s “unfair.”

Austin Metcalf only got 18 years until an act of barbarity ended his life.
