🚨BREAKING: Chairman Barry Loudermilk sent a letter to the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG) outlining inaccuracies and omissions in its final January 6th report as it relates to the delay of the National Guard. The letter also requests the department re-examine its investigation and issue a corrected report.
This letter will help determine (1) if Jack Smith was telling the truth when he testified under oath his investigation preserved every document it received from the former January 6th Committee and (2) if his investigation received any of the documents or videos the former January 6thCommittee failed to turn over to Chairman Loudermilk last Congress.
These documents also recommended:
(1) Infiltrating online chat groups
(2) Expanding Confidential Human Sources (CHS)
(3) Pursuing heavy-handed prosecutions for minor offenses
All of which Wray's FBI did. So why did the FBI not take steps to protect the U.S. Capitol?
🚨BREAKING: Chairman Loudermilk subpoenas T-Mobile for the communications records of Brian Cole Jr., who is alleged to have planted the pipe bombs near the RNC and DNC on January 5, 2021.
🚨BREAKING: Chairman Loudermilk wants to know if Brian Cole's phone number was among the 186 numbers of interest the @FBI identified in 2021; the criteria for assigning numbers to the “exclusion list”; if they identified the Google user who searched “pipe bomb dc” after the pipe bombs had been placed near the RNC and DNC on January 5, 2021, but before they were discovered on J6; and much more.
Michael Fanone during yesterday's hearing with Jack Smith.
Democrats invited him, reserved a seat for him, and even cheered, applauded, and thanked him after Fanone made these comments and obscene gestures.
🚨BREAKING: Chairman Loudermilk sends a second letter to Karlin Younger, the individual who discovered the first pipe bomb near the RNC on J6, requesting a transcribed interview before the Select Subcommittee.
Ms. Younger never responded to the letter sent on December 8, 2025.
REMINDER: The Select Committee provided Georgia Fulton County DA Fani Willis with evidence the Select Committee failed to archive or destroyed.
Rep. McBath most likely doesn't mention Willis or Georgia's RICO case against President Trump and his co-defandants because she knows Willis was disqualified due to a relationship with prosecutor Nathan Wade and the RICO case against was thrown out.
Watch as Rep. Swalwell tries to pull on Jack Smith’s emotional heartstrings by comparing J6 to 9/11 only to find out he wasn't watching on J6.
Maybe next time…
