Most of the document is process and continuity rather than new targets. The two most specific, time-bound physical actions for 2026/27 are The Paddock fan zone and the Levy F&B changes.
👉Governance and listening
- Publish annual Fan Engagement Plan each season
- (NBLO) oversees plan & presents the plan to the board
- Continue FAB and Fans’ Forum as the main channels
- Maintain working groups on Ticketing, Atmosphere & Fan Experience
- Consult FAB/Forum on ticketing and heritage
- Respond to fan queries in a timely manner
👉Matchday experience at Old Trafford
- Create “The Paddock” permanent matchday fan zone:
- Name chosen by Fan Experience working group
👉Levy partnership upgrades from 2026/27
- New draught-beer taps across all areas.
- More self-service bars.
- Frictionless tap-and-go kiosks.
- Digital signage with menus that change
- Wider food range including street food
- Continue to improve concourse and hospitality areas
👉Ticketing and access
- Re-publish ticketing data on club website
- Seat-usage policy remains (unchanged)
- Season-ticket pricing for 2026/27 (unchanged)
👉Touting
- Reserve the season-ticket revocation only for organised touting, systematic misuse or financial gain
- Cancelled tickets to go to the waiting list
- Findings and data to be shared once the process ends
👉Global fans and communities
- Continue to grow Supporters’ Clubs network
- Work with FAB, Fans’ Forum, MUST and official clubs
- Player and club appearances / activations for global fans (including tour-style events).
👉Heritage, transparency and content
- Consult supporters before change to heritage assets (currently club crest and home-shirt colours).
- Expansion of “heritage” items to be discussed at FAB.
👉TV documentary
- All or Nothing documentary covering the 2026/27
👉Ownership/Chair/CEO-level communication
- To the fanbase at least twice per season
👉Surveys and feedback
- Continue matchday and always-on surveys.
- Use working-group and Forum feedback to shape matchday and operational changes.
