@PBDsPodcast He may have received short term ad viewership but he came across as disingenuous, unprepared and off putting. He lost credibility and he will lose audience as a result. He actually lost in the short and long term.
To all the guys on here acting like supporting Andrew Wilson somehow proves how tough or masculine you are:
It doesn’t.
In my opinion, Andrew’s performance wasn’t strength. The smugness, talking over a woman, mockery, condescension, constant “gotchas” and trying to dominate the conversation while repeatedly misrepresenting what she said looked weak.
Being a man isn’t about being louder than a woman.
If Candace Owens has the better evidence, the better command of the case and is telling the truth on a particular point, then the masculine thing is simple:
Say she’s right.
Truth doesn’t have a gender.
Real strength is being secure enough to admit when a woman knows more than you do, argues better than you do, or beats a man in a debate.
You want to show people what kind of man you are?
Have some integrity.
Control yourself.
Listen.
Tell the truth.
Admit when you’re wrong.
Protect people instead of humiliating them.
And stop confusing arrogance with strength.
That’s masculinity.
The rest is performance.
For those with crappy reading comprehension…
Nick exposed fraud! Amazing!
Thomas introduced bills and amendments to end the fraud! Also amazing!
Republican leaders blocked Thomas’s bills and amendments to end fraud.
Thomas tells Nick that the fraud will continue because of Republican leadership.
Nick likes the Republican leadership so he tells Thomas to stop whining and that he is a part of the problem.
Fraud continues…
@nickshirleyy Then expose the establishment, Nick. Massie is hardly that. They spent millions to get him out. Expose Johnson, Thune and Trump. Then we’ll see if you’re actually who you say you are.
@Manhattva Ok. I’m out. I usually really like your content but posting infantile memes is beneath you. Something stinks to high heaven in Utah and your response to Candace Owens not believing the narrative is weird.
What @imbrettcooper says here about why she largely stopped talking about politics is so completely correct, and her @DanCrenshawTX example perfectly illustrates the pathology that exists in and, one could say, dominates every faction and debate. 👇
@Manhattva The fact that people with seemingly rational online personas appear to just accept the fed narrative at face value is bewildering to me. God bless Candace for not stopping. Despite crap like this.
@benshapiro This guy probably got a gemach loan on his first mortgage. If this was the case, it would automatically give him at least a third higher household value than those of his contemporaries. Good for him but he should shut up about free markets and the price of burritos.
@benshapiro Ben has to maintain the illusion of two parties. If this illusion is gone, he’ll lose even more audience because pitting Americans against each other is how he maintains that audience. Also, his warmongering will suffer and he can’t have that.
