Hello guys, I already posted my call to action #B329LeadershipChallenge on the thread, however, I really liked the topic I talked about and for this reason, I am posting it here again. My theme is Recycling and waste reduction and I worked on my own!
@B329Eliza That’s an amazing call to action, I really enjoyed the reading and also the statistics bit as well as what we can do. In addition, your topic is very important. Well done !
@Oub329K@B329Leadership omg, this is amazing, really loved the page, compared to his my call to action seems to be rubbish hahahah loved the theme, and I consider it very important which is why I did something related to waste reduction and recycling. You should definitely win the competition <3
@Oub329K I am struggling to upload the file here, I previously did some research and it did not work hahaha I am trying to work around it so I can post it properly!
W17 T1 – I’ve learned in @B329Leadership that storytelling is a compelling way to deliver a message. We humans are naturally drawn to stories and emotions and listening to a leader that can provide these can motivate followers and strengthens the leader’s leadership.
W16 T1 - I learned in @B329Leadership that activists can work together to boost equality and collective processes, making sure leaders are not overpowered.
W16 T 2 - I realised how important is to be aware of the groups that exist to help people, such as work unions or WhatsApp groups that can offer support to people in need. Whether with work, personal life, studies, etc. @B329Leadereship
W15 T1 – This week in @B329Leadership, I have learned that there will always be resistance to leadership if the leaders are not leading as expected. People will stand up for themselves and they will become leaders of the resistance until their concerns are addressed accordingly.
