I had an AT&T salesperson called me last night at 8:30 PM. The hour was bad but also the caller I.D. said Piedmont Health. I answered fearing something happened to my family.
Because of this business tactic, I will be changing my service ASAP. Nice ethics @ATT

@ATT To improve my experience, communicate with me via email rather than calling my personal cell phone to solicit business. Additionally, ensure that your sales staff are accurately represented and not misidentified through caller ID manipulation, which is fraudulent. Common sense.
