@yeaALA18 @DrDaquavis @mymixtapez I just think it won’t get dismissed on DJ. The case is super super weak without that Pab charge. We could even see another superseding indictment to try and get other weak cases added to make up the gap. Probably why Durks team wants a speedy trial on VICAR.

@yeaALA18 @DrDaquavis @mymixtapez I think you think I’m arguing something I’m not. I actually think we see the case the same way on a lot of issues. My only point is with federal precedent it likely won’t be dismissed on double jeopardy. Feds could drop. Steel will move to dismiss for sure.
