@Lowes is there a reason why I can get free shipping when I place an order online but in store I have to be charged shipping? Sales person advised there was not a way around so placed two different orders so that I could get the online discount price for other items.
@Jackpocket long shot but worth the ask. Recently forgot about bonus credits I had. They expired when I logged in after a while. Any chance you can reactivate them if I use them right away?
@Lowes (2/2) service that had no idea where the package was but that I would have it today. No call backs but check the app b and now it says there is a delay. Can’t even pick it up anymore bc no one knows where the item is. Shouldn’t be this hard to get a grill.
@Lowes (1/2) a wasted day off from work waiting for a grill to be delivered since 8am. 2 calls into Customer Service telling me package was in route (lies).Call into the store item was shipping from to see if I could just pick it up. Was given the # to some 3rd party delivery.
@VerizonSupport@Verizon having trouble reaching customer service about suspected fraud. Received an email that phones/service I never ordered is ready for pick up. Can you help if I provide an order number?
@Lowes if an associate gives the customer incorrect information on a return policy it should not fall on the customer to deal with it.I was told I could return a used product without an issue and try to return today and I’m told that the employee must have been new so it’s in me
@RicomaHQ do you have a forum for owners to post questions to others and get tips and tricks? if it doesn't already exist could be a great addition for people that buy new machines. you could have your actual support reps as moderators to mark suggestions as accurate or not
@comcast shame on me for not going thru my bill with a fine tooth comb. I’m just used to companies doing what they tell me they are doing. Shame on you for only refunding four months of service for a service you never were able to provide.
@Hertz On occasion seems like an understatement. Reading online reviews/tweets looks like I’m not the 1st this has happened to.The fact that the rep pretty much said there was nothing she could do to make it right was worse.Leaving people “carless” from another state is not a good look.
@Hertz how can you allow someone to book a reservation and when they show up simply say no cars available? Worst car rental experience ever. Was told come back tomorrow and may be able to get a car if I’m early enough. Really?!?!?
@Hertz @UCFONEBIGOHANA Ran into the same problem today. Came here in an Uber to pick up and leaving in one. Employee pretty much said it has been happening all day and they are not willing to do anything to make it right. Pretty much said come back tomorrow and if you are here early enough you get one.
@UHaul_Cares the fact that I have been calling since Sunday for help to be told an email was sent to [email protected] with my receipt is just ridiculous. Not sure who in their right mind would think this is a valid email.
