Rip Curl dumped her because she dared to stand up for women, publicly opposing the World Surf League's policy of letting man in dresses to compete in the women's division.

Think about that for a second.
They threw away one of the most inspirational athletes on the planet to appease gender ideology.

They could have had a genuine sporting icon representing their brand. Instead, they chose men in dresses.

I hope corporations are finally waking up to the fact that people are sick of this trans nonsense and, more importantly, that we're prepared to vote with our wallets.

I’ve been called those names—and much worse—over the years. So have many other Christians, like others at @AiG, who stand on the authority of God’s Word in regard to gender, marriage, the sanctity of life, and so on.

How should Christians address the criticism that they’re hate-filled bigots?

Well, it starts with understanding worldview. Most secularists (wrongly) think they don’t have a worldview, and they think what they believe comes from just looking at evidence.

Many secularists misinterpret a Christian’s disagreement with their worldview as the Christian being intolerant of them personally, instead of understanding there’s a clash of worldviews because of the difference foundationally and where those worldviews come from.

For a Christian, the Bible makes it clear that one is either for or against Christ (Matthew 12:30) and that one walks either in light or in darkness (Matthew 6:22–23). As we read in Matthew 7:24–27, one builds a house either on the rock or on sand.

I’ve found that the best way to explain all this is to use the analogy of building a house. A carpenter doesn’t start with the roof, then the walls, and then the foundation. No, he builds the foundation first, then the walls and roof. And he has to have the right type of foundation fit for that building.

A worldview is like the walls and the roof of a house, but every worldview has a foundation. And ultimately, there are only two foundations. One starts with the Word of the One who knows everything and who has revealed to us all we need to know to build the correct worldview. The other one starts with the foundation that fallible man determines truth.

The Bible claims to be (and I know it to be) the revealed Word of God who knows everything. For Christians, this is the only foundation upon which they can build a truly Christian worldview. Thus, founded in God’s Word beginning in Genesis, marriage is one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24); there are two genders, male and female (Genesis 1:27); abortion is murder because man is made in God’s image (Genesis 1:27), and murder is wrong (Genesis 9:6).

It’s important to explain to a secularist why we as Christians believe the way we do about these issues. We need to explain that our thinking comes from the Bible.

Those who start with an evolutionary view of mankind have no absolute basis for morality.

And because they have no foundation, they are forced to construct a moral code that is “right in his own eyes” (Judges 21:25). This leads to all kinds of inconsistencies.

Evolutionists arbitrarily create or hold to a moral code for humans . . . yet they believe we are just animals. So why should we be held to this arbitrary standard that no “other” animal is held to?

After all, no one blames a lion for ripping apart a gazelle, a hyena for trying to steal the carcass, or microbes for finishing off the gazelle’s remains. But somehow humans are arbitrarily viewed as different despite the insistence that we aren’t different.

And it’s because they know humans are different because they’re made in God’s image.
