Gemeint war etwas anderes: Im US-Einwanderungsrecht (INA) können frühere Mitglieder bewaffneter Gruppen unter den Terrorism-Related Inadmissibility Grounds (TRIG) fallen – also Visa- oder Einreiseprobleme bekommen – auch ohne FTO-Status. Der Antrag sollte genau das für UÇK-Angehörige ausschließen. Er wurde nur eingebracht, an den Justizausschuss überwiesen und nie Gesetz.
