Sadly, a lot of people do not respect you for who you are. They respect what you’ve achieved, what you’ve built and what they can gain from you.

The hypocrisy in this world stinks.

Dear God,

Please don’t place my food where I will be forced to eat my own vomit. Please don’t let my blessings come from places that cost me my dignity, or make me depend on people I once wouldn’t have shared a room with.

Give me success without humiliation, prosperity without desperation, and never betray myself just to survive.

Life has a funny way of treating people with kind hearts. 💔
You can go out of your way to make people happy, sacrifice your own comfort for theirs, and show up for them when they have nobody.

Yet, when it’s your turn to need love, support, or understanding, you suddenly realise that you are on your own.
People mistake your kindness for weakness, your silence for foolishness, and your forgiving heart for permission to keep hurting you.

Sometimes, you sit back and wonder if being a good person is even worth it.
But the truth is, having a kind heart is never the problem.

Giving it to people who don't value it is.
Never let the way people treat you change the goodness in your heart. Just learn that you, too, deserve the love you so freely give to others. ❤

FG needs to declare state of emergency for fake products cos even in trade fair that you think you can get original products, just look at this wickedness.

We have to be extremely careful out there.

[Man of Letters. @Letter_to_Jack]

Deliberately producing fake foods, drinks, drugs & beverages is a systemic campaign of mass murder against our civilian population, which is a crime against humanity.

We must amend our laws to prescribe the death penalty for anyone convicted of the crime. #EndFakesInNigeria

NAFDAC Seizes Counterfeit Alcoholic Beverage Packaging Materials Worth Over ₦200 Million in Aba

Today, NAFDAC, acting on credible intelligence, raided five shops at Old Court Road Market, Aba, Abia State, suspected of producing and supplying counterfeit packaging materials for popular alcoholic beverages and other products.

The operation uncovered counterfeit labels, corks, packs and outer packaging materials bearing the names of several brands, including Jameson, Glenfiddich, Four Cousins, Lord’s Dry Gin, Imperial Blue, Goya Oil, Chelsea, Squadron and Seaman’s Aromatic Schnapps. The packaging materials seized were estimated to be worth over ₦200 million.

During the operation, NAFDAC’s Investigation & Enforcement operatives encountered threats and resistance from traders, making the evacuation of the seized materials challenging. The owners of the five shops were absent, and the premises were placed on hold to prevent interference with the items remaining inside.

NAFDAC issued an invitation to the Market Union Chairman, who pledged to ensure the security of the sealed premises and assist the Agency in identifying and presenting the shop owners.
