@Hertz @valenciaairport @Hertz In addition, I had amended my booking to collect the car at 11am instead of 5pm to be at my holiday destination for 12.30/1pm. I ended up leaving with the car at 3.30pm and lost everything I had paid extra for, getting to my destination at 5pm.

@Hertz @valenciaairport @Hertz Thanks for the response but please note, it finally ended up taking me 3 hours to collect the car, which is totally unreasonable. Furthermore, when I got to the desk, I was asked questions about the booking which I had provided online beforehand, hence the delay 🤦‍♂️
