Reminder: Israel's Mossad HQ is in a "densely populated area [in Tel-Aviv]... with civilians around it"
By the US/Israel's own logic, this is human shielding & everything in Tel Aviv is a "legitimate target" or "collateral"
Insane, right? that's THEIR main argument in Gaza!
Not condoning what happened in Pakistan with religious minorities, but people need to understand that what happens in India with religious minorities on a day to day basis is far worse than what a group of animal natured, a-hole people did in Pakistan.
Ok I'm not super patriotic or whatever but this depressed tf out of me. India landed a spacecraft and we're..
*checks notes*
Burning down houses and killing minorities. Jfc
The Pakistani discourse on ISRO moon landing is full of envy, shame, and self-loathing.
Huge congrats to India btw.
Anyway, Pakistanis need to understand what the actual difference between India and Pakistan is. We usually share all of the same problems, social, cultural, political (except Lumber 1 ofc), but whats really different is the scale.
For example. ISRO has an annual budget of $1.5bn+. That is <0.3% of total Indian budget. Give Suparco $1bn+ for ten years and they too will take you anywhere you want to, even with a General as its head. But that is a significant amount for a much smaller economy and population.
If your goal is to compete with that, then you need to grow your economy 10x. Then each Pakistani has to be at least 10x more productive than an avg Indian. Those are unrealistic and silly short term goals.
But the more important question is, why do you want to go to the moon? What is the reason of Pakistan's existence and its goal as a country? Where do you see yourself in the next century?
If we can ensure justice, equality, fairness, basic human rights, and universal access to basic human needs in Pakistan, then that is a worthy endeavor. Countries and states exist to ensure that, not to create space programs. Once that is ensured for the population, space programs will follow.
So stop being envious. Appreciate that human beings like us, our neighbors, can do ehat they did. Focus on your country where human beings are not treated like human beings right now. Our failure is not our inability to have a space program, it is the inability of a huge segment of our population to live with dignity.
The images of Rizwana with her skin peeled off & her swollen eyes & deep wounds on her face & scalp just go on to show the HATRED that the Pakistani elite has towards the poor.
It's got to be hatred to make these rich people act so vi0lently; Hatred which made 16 year-old Uzma's wealthy employers t0rture her to death & then dump her body in a canal. Hatred which made the employers of 7 year-old Zohra t0rture her to death for freeing a bird. Hatred which made a session judge's wife burn the 10 year old Tayyaba's hand.
Rizwana's is NOT AN ISOLATED CASE. This is a pattern among the Pakistani elite who have declared w@r on the most vulnerable & underprivileged sections of the society.
The fact that the courts immediately grant bail to the perpetrators, the fact that the police fail to mention t0rture in the FIR, the fact that NOT A SINGLE DAY has to be spent by the likes of that judge & his wife in jail... All of these prove that THE SYSTEM is managed by the very same elite to protect members of 'their own' privileged elite club

As a Hindu, we also honor the significance of Muharram, especially the 9th and 10th days. These days hold historical ties for us as well, as some Hindus, known as Hussaini Brahmins, fought alongside Imam Hussain in the Battle of Karbala.
Queer theory is not a religion, its an ideology which should not be taught to children under 16, no ideology should be!
Her job is one of trust. Parents allow you the privilege to educate their children with balanced views not forced indoctrination.
The moment they breach that trust it is no longer consensual and you're psychologically abusing a child and should no longer be trusted to teach because you're indoctrinating.
Dear KK, You should be in “Guinness Book of World Records” for shifting & shuffling positions! Opinion is one thing & Analysis another. If one views your tweets of past several months, a pattern emerges of hyperbole in one or the other direction reacting to ever new developments!
You are right that Imran Khan’s politics is under mortal danger; his own life is not safe! But please also assess the implications of his destruction for Pakistan and its Establishment? To destroy Imran Khan, Establishment has put its entire accumulated good will at stake. Never before has military establishment (since 1977-79) put itself so frontally against a major political party. And this is fifty years after murdering ZA Bhutto & containing PPP - which is a huge setback. The anger, frustration, repeated threats to public, media, civil society, making lists of expat Pakistanis, total clampdown on media, banishing Imran Khan’s name & picture on media, abductions of journalists like Imran Riaz, Sami Ibrahim etc, and now a new murder case against Imran Khan in Quetta..all these are irrefutable signs and symptoms of an Establishment panting & struggling to assert itself in changed political circumstances that have thrown up new hitherto unimagined challenges for old ways of thinking and control.
Imran Khan may have done several mistakes; but has Establishment not done it’s share of blunders? If you can only condemn Imran but are unable to assess the blunders of other side & it’s implications for Establishment & PDM, then you are not free. And if country’s most rational & respected TV Anchor (in my eyes) is not free to think & offer analysis then something is seriously wrong! For instance you conveniently blamed Imran Khan for May 9 mayhem; but have you sat down quietly to analyse the sequence of events; was that organic? How accurate the official version looks to you? Are you convinced?
Khan Sb, it’s not about Imran any more! It’s about future of Pakistan - a nation state of 240 million, a federal framework operating practically without a constitution, its trial courts turned into rubber stamps, High Courts into joke and Supreme Court dysfunctional, thousands in jail and many being tried by military courts. What lies ahead no one knows!
With your pivotal position one expects you to analyse implications of all that for Pakistan - and it’s Establishment. If frustration and anger of failures in life turn a father into a maniac who murders his children and their mother & commits suicide then no one is winning!
Your Ardent Admirer
In PTI govt there was a mother who was traveling at night from lahore with her kids.
she was raped
Police Senior officer showed concern why lady took that Highway?
Next day Aurat march gangs started protesting to remove DPO that he is a rape apologist
Question is:where r all Aurat march organizers?
Can’t they see what’s going on with females in the jail?
A credible source claims that Imran Khan was escorted out of Islamabad High Court under protection of Army, SSG Commandos - since Police was unable to guarantee safe passage. SSG will escort him till Lahore. Under prevailing circumstances will be difficult to confirm now, but if true then clearly tide is turning & Army High Command have realized that Khan is the leader who is needed to bail out the political and moral order across KP & Punjab! But even otherwise the Supreme Court & Islamabad High Court Decisions, and the terrible pain & anguish in PMLN camp reveals that they fear that their game is over! But let’s see how they react? PMLN’s politics was for most part purely Machiavellian and not populist, Nawaz’s optics of populism were mostly dependent upon distribution of privileges, grants and use of Police, DMG etc - Imran Khan has only one rival in Pakistan’s history: Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto! https://t.co/yj6DAfD8oK via @YouTube
My reply to ISPR & attempts by PDM & their handlers to arrest me for two reasons: 1. To prevent me from campaigning bec InshaAllah when elections are announced I will be doing jalsas. 2. To prevent me from mobilising the masses for street movement in support of Constitution if PDM govt & their handlers refuse to obey the SC & violate Constitution on holding of elections.
