Hey @Airbnb we found bed bugs in our unit. We called support and keep getting the run around being told we’ll get a call back and never do. We sent pictures of the bed bugs but was told by a rep pictures aren’t enough and we need evidence of bites and medical documentation.

For context we initiated this support loop at 11:30pm on 6/12 when we found bed bugs on our pillows. @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp @airbnb

It’s currently 2:45 am and basically your employees are telling us we have to sleep in beds that clearly have bed bugs, get bit, go to the doctor before you’ll even consider doing anything????? That’s not a great look if you ask me. #airbnb
